Namco: Wii Games Loom, Time Crisis Possible
Support pledged, lightgun rework mooted

28 Jun 2006
Namco Bandai has officially announced it will create three Wii Games during the first phase of the new Nintendo console's life-cycle, with two unannounced projects lining up behind the worryingly interesting horse-racing sim Final Furlong.
At time of press there's no word on what is to be expected, though several sources we have spoken with have mentioned Time Crisis as being a distinct possibility for Wii. Aside from being an obvious choice, it would seem that someone in PR in Japan has been making noises to journalists in the region that a Nintendo update to the beloved lightgun co-op game is in the works.
We'll let you know exactly what else Namco has in store for the Wii as soon as we find out.
