It’s being widely reported that Yorkshire-based developer, Team17, is nearing completion on Worms on Xbox Live Arcade.
The reason it’s being widely reported is that the following was posted to T17s’ forum by the company’s head of development yesterday:
Worms XBLA joins - among others - Novadrome, which Buena Vista games has announced is being developed by the team that brought us Carmageddon and Twisted Metal.

Plans for announcements are being discussed with MS next week, hold tight. The game is in final certification stages btw, yes it's pretty much all finished apart from any last bugs they find. MS has a schedule of releases and we'll soon find out how we fit into that.
