Warhammer Online: New Screens and Art

Dwarvish ladies have never looked so pretty

If you say you'll call, you bloody well better call
4 Dec 2006

Mythic Entertainment have gone on the PR offensive with a host of new screens, artwork and story details for Warhammer Online . If you have a thing for little ladies you're in for a treat.

For those of you not familiar with Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (or WAR, as Mythic is calling it) it's an MMORPG based on Games Workshop's fantasy Warhammer world. It'll be out next year for those of you who've always had a penchant for hulking men with swords but have never understood the 20-sided dice.

In the words of Lance Robertson, Producer of the title:
"The core concept behind WAR is simple - war is everywhere. This world, dominated by force of arms and magic, provides a wonderfully rich setting for an MMO. Our game will give player entrance into this world to experience the epic nature of war and the glory of battle. Every aspect of the game, including PvE content, is geared towards the greater war in some important way."

So without further ado help yourself to the fantasy goodness below. For more background and story you can dig into Mythic's exposition on Thunder Mountain, the Dwarf Capital and the Chaos Hordes.
