If so, you are either a fan of Capcom’s Dead Rising – now set to become a franchise for the Japanese publisher - or in urgent need of a mental health professional, before you go all ‘Columbine’ in Lakeside or Meadowhall!
SPOnG is thankfully one of the former group, so it’s good to hear that Capcom has, to date, shipped over a million copies of Dead Rising.
Capcom’s brand spanking new bossman, Mark Beaumont told GamesIndustry.biz that, "Bringing out Dead Rising has allowed us to establish a new franchise that we can use for years to come."
Yay! So it looks like we’re going to have Zombie shopping mall bloodbath disasters to look forward to each Christmas for years and years.
Wonder what those German censors make of this!

I'm waiting for cameos by Resident Evil characters fighting next to you (maybe some hidden RE weapons) too. If it worked for Onimusha 4 then why not DR?
I also wanna see Frank be able to learn some SF moves in his adventure. Samurai Edge or Sonic Booms would really be fun against those hordes.
Wonder if it will stay on 360 though, I hope so, though a Wii version would be a very good work out. Lol.
