WipEout Pulse: First Screens!
Who needs wheels, anyway?

This new entry into the series features a stonking 24 new tracks, seven game modes and a bevy of new weapons to play with. As you sit on the bus in slow-moving traffic you'll no doubt baffle the old lady sat next to you as you 'oooo' and 'ahhhh' at your 800kph gravity defying antics.
And if all that isn't enough, you can get your groove on to music from dance mavericks Mason, Loco Dice and Stanton Warriors! SPOnG had to hit Google to find out who they are, but they sound exciting...
Cast your eyes downwards to enjoy the first screens.

it looks good hopfly plays better than the fist but after owning all the wipeout games in the serise nothing will ever beat Wipeout 2097 (Wipeout XL in North America)
but i think that if the wipeout team were to get it out on the wii it would just work

Not going to happen. The "Wipeout team" are Sony Studio Liverpool. Same way the Wii won't see Lemmings.

Where is F-Zero DS/Wii bloody hell!
F-Zero DS can even be a remake of the n64 F-zero X as long it has a track-editor and online play.

I'm with you on that one Rise. F Zero is very cool. I think Wipeout would be a better game without the gung ho weapons.
If you want a dose of F Zero, try F Zero Climax. Its the last one on the GBA and is only available on import. It has a track editor too.
I would like to see F Zero on DS, especially with an online mode and track editor. After the success of Mario Kart, I'd say it's only a matter of time before we see it.

PSP needs a lot more than this to sell it to those who aren't buying. Good for those who like it though.
