With the 60,000-plus attendees chopped back significantly to around 4,000 this year, it’s no surprise that there are only 32 exhibitors at the event (as opposed to last years 400 plus).
The good news is that they are the exhibitors that we want to interview and that you want to read about including 1C Company, Activision, Akella, Atari, Atlus, Disney Interactive Studios, Capcom, Codemasters, Crave Entertainment, Eidos, Electronic Arts, Konami, LucasArts, Majesco, Microsoft, Midway, Namco Bandai Games, NCsoft, Nintendo, SEGA, Sony Computer Entertainment, Sony Online Entertainment, Square Enix, Take-Two Interactive, THQ, Ubisoft, Vivendi Games, and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment.
Phew! That’s certainly more than enough for SPOnG’s team on the ground to get around.
For those out there lucky enough to have also received an invitation to this year’s E3 2007, SPOnG will be mostly based at Big Dean’s Muscle-In Cafe (pictured) at the end of the pier, where all the real ‘behind closed doors’ action will be taking place in Big Dean's wonderful beer garden.
