Latest Harry Potter Game Trailer
How do you know she is a witch? Cos she looks like one!

While certain members of SPOnG did spend an alarming amount of time playing Wiffleball, or whatever (Quidditch! Ed), on the GameCube version of the Harry Potter: Quidditch World Cup game, it’s fair to say that past videogame versions of J.K. Rowling’s Potter story/property/franchise/series have lacked ‘bite’ for gamers – although EA reps assure us that this fifth-instalment of interactive wizardry may well buck the trend.
“This one is totally focused on gameplay. It's the most accomplished Potter title to date, offering the sort of gameplay that gaming Harry Potter fans have been crying out for for years,” EA told SPOnG today.
"This is also the game that is the closest to date to the movie, as the developers are sharing lots more assets with the filmmakers and so on," we were informed.
We should be hearing more about what new aspects of gameplay are in store in Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in the coming weeks. In the meantime, check out the latest trailer of the new Potter videogame below. You’ll be able to get involved in the wizards versus witches wars on pretty much every modern day videogame format (Vectrex excepted) this coming July.
Plus, what with two more Potter books still to be given the Hollywood treatment there is sure to be, no doubt, three more games in store in future.

Ahhhh, but what about Quidditch Through the Ages, eh?
Okay, you got us.. there are only two more actual Potter books. I stopped reading them after Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix though, because I was reliably informed by my local priest, Father Fergal O'Fiddler, that the series promotes Satanic rituals and is worse for my mind than GTA and Alone In The Dark combined.
Thanks for the correction, Bailey.
