Following on from Friday's DS Pool update SPOnG has new screens from the DS interpretation of that other pillar of pub gaming: darts.

The title in question is Sega Presents Touch Darts. It does pretty much what it says on the tin: darts with a DS touchscreen play mechanic. According to Sega, “Players can use the unique touch screen of the Nintendo DS to accurately simulate the throwing of a dart and by drawing the stylus over the touch screen, players will be able to aim their dart and throw it with all the precision of a seasoned pro.”

SPOnG's all for the rash of pub games that's cropped up for the DS. We have 8Ball and Powerplay Pool on the way, not to mention the currently available 42 All-Time Classics for the older pub gamer. Now we just need a dedicated dominoes title and a way to somehow consume beer using only the touchscreen...
