On its website Valve reports:
To SPOnG's ears that all sounds very encouraging. After several delays Valve seems close to settling on a September release for the PC version of Episode 2.
Until then, SPOnG will await the day when 'episodic content' becomes something like episodic.

On its website Valve reports:
“Right now, we're working hard on putting the final parts of Episode Two together. Early on during development we spent a lot of time working on concept art of key areas of the game, so that everyone on the team could share a vision of what the final game would look like. The three pieces below are some examples of that work. Once the game is released you'll be able to see how these concept pieces were eventually turned into the final product.”

It took my weeks to get it running, thanks for conflicts with the sound drivers screwing up the graphics (yes, really)
In the end I bought a new gfx card.
Plus, I gotta say, Valve really has got this "episodic" gig down to a tee. Could you imagine waiting a year to find out if Lost's Hurley really was the bastard son of John Lock's evil sister who was flushed down the lav with her afterbirth?
Talk about losing momentum.
