Crackdown: New Vehicles, Weapons and Tons More
Hint: this is how to ‘do’ downloadable content

After Xbox 360 gamers’ revolts in the last year over excessively-priced downloadable add-on content (*cough* horse armour *cough*) it’s great to see Realtime Worlds releasing a load of quality downloadables for its free-roaming caper, Crackdown.
We’re not told when its out yet, or what the pricing details are, so we can only hope that Realtime Worlds has taken on board what gamers are willing to pay for downloadables to augment their favourite videogame experiences.
In the meantime, here’s what is due for Crackdown DLC add-ons.
New Crackdown vehicles are set to include the Agent Patrol Buggy, racy Agency Pursuit Vehicle and the gargantuan Agency Armoured Vehicle,

Premium content also includes five new weapons and pieces of equipment, including the rocket-launching Lobber and ragdoll-flinging Harpoon guns as well as several new gameplay options such as street racing, rooftop races and multiplayer checkpoint races.
