How can virtual plastic bricks bring so much pleasure?
Posted 30 May 2007

SPOnG nearly bricked itself this morning when we heard that LucasArts has released the first trailer from its forthcoming Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga.
Development duties, as with all previous versions in this awesome series, are being handled over at Traveller's Tales, one of the UK’s finest game developers of recent years.
Gameplay is expected to follow the tried-and-tested model of the previous games, but this time you will be able to play through environments and with characters from all six movies in George Lucas’ epic Star Wars saga.
Perhaps The Phantom Menace wasn’t so bad after all?
If you just cannot wait while we process the trailer for your viewing pleasure on SPOnG then you can check the trailer out over at Lucasarts.com
Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga is due to be released on Wii, Xbox 360, PS3 and (a totally rebuilt from the ground up version on) DS later this year.
