When Soul Calibur IV first got announced for the PS3 and Xbox 360 SPOnG brought you a teaser trailer for the flashy beat 'em up, but now comes the good stuff we've really been waiting for: in-game footage! Don't forget, of course, the screens and artwork we've got to go with it.

"The story of these two awakened swords and the warriors that have been drawn to them slowly heads towards its inevitable conclusion..." the trailer tells us.

The phrase "Its inevitable conclusion" looms large in both the trailer below and the teaser and SPOnG finds it a bit upsetting. We told you earlier that Metal Gear Solid 4 may well be the last in the series and the guys at Bungie keep nattering like maniacs about Halo 3 bringing the series to an end (although we don't believe them, to be honest). Is every publisher out there determined to kill their top franchises?
