First Resident Evil 5 Screens Here Now
You’ve seen the trailer, now pore over the first screens
Posted 27 Jul 2007

Capcom has just issued this first bunch of Resident Evil 5 screens, following the first trailer of the game to hit Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network yesterday.
If you haven’t seen the trailer yet then where have you been? SPOnG would seriously advise you to hook up to Xbox Live Marketplace or the PlayStation Network via your shiny new PS3 as soon as you get two minutes.
Resident Evil 5 is currently set for release on PS3 and Xbox 360 sometime next year.
If you really cannot wait till then, don't forget that Resident Evil 4 has recently been re-released on Nintendo Wii and the superb on-rails shooter that is Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles is set for release sometime later this autumn, one of the best games we've played to date that makes use of Nintendo's new Wii Zapper gun.

Resident Evil is one of the small series of games i have enjoyed from start to present, along with GTA, each game being better than its prequel, and Resi 5 looks to be no exception i purchased my 360 for this game along with GTA4 and a few others so looking very much forward to this, please 2008 dont let this slip or i will cry and you wouldnt want that, would you?

Its such a shame this fantastic game wont be available with Wii controls.
I dusted down the old 360 at the weekend and blasted through call of duty 4 and I enjoyed it but throughout I could'nt stop thinking about how much better it would be with wiimote and nunchuk.
