Resistance: Fall of Man developer Insomniac Games has revealed that the PS3 game Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction is on for an October 23 release date in the States... bah.

SPOnG spoke with SCEE this morning who could not confirm a Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction release date for the UK and Europe, but assured us that the game will be out this side of Christmas and that it was ‘looking lovely’.

We should get a good look at the latest preview build of Ratchet & Clank: Tools of Destruction at Leipzig next week, where we will be bringing you all the latest news – PS3 and otherwise – direct from our crack squad of reporters on the ground in the former Eastern bloc.
