Hideo Kojima loves warped animal-man-cyborg mutant bosses with daft names almost as much as he loves sneaking about. The fruits of his love of evil, mentally monikered cyborg-manimals and skulking around are, of course, due to return early next year in the PS3 exclusive Metal Gear Solid 4.
Kojima paraded four new Metal Gear Solid 4 manimal bosses earlier today at a packed press conference in Leipzig, claiming that his aim was to out-do the bosses in all the previous Metal Gear titles.
SPOnG was treated to a sneak peek at the beastly Crying Wolf (with some form of gun mounted to its back), the flying muscleman-machine Raging Raven, the hovering, telekinetic bitch known as Screaming Mantis and another female boss character known as Laughing Octopus, with four thick tentacles growing out of her head!.
Stay tuned for the full, glorious HD Metal Gear Solid 4 trailer from Leipzig as soon as we manage to get Konami to send it up our pipe!

Laugh as Screaming Mantis askes you to fight her, by plugging into PS3s missing seventh control pad port. Lol.
