[b]Update: SPOnG has spoken to Sony and been told that the release dates below, listed by Kotaku, are not in fact official. A representative told us: "That's not an official release schedule, none of the dates on the list have been confirmed at this time. I don't know where Kotaku have taken them from or why they're claiming 'SCEE have clarified dates' as we haven't sent them anything and neither have our Central office."

The only firm release dates Sony has given are for Heavenly Sword, which comes out on September 14th, and Warhawk, which will get its Blu-Ray release on September 21st.[/b]


Sony has clarified a great long list of release dates for its first party games, including a "tentative" date for its online world, Home.

Home will be available, if all goes to plan, as of October 11th. Also of interest on the list is a previously unconfirmed date of November 28th for Time Crisis 4, and a vague date of February 2008 for God of War: Chains of Olympus on PSP.
