Square Enix has just informed us that Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions on PSP is set to release on 5th October.
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions is the PSP version of the original turn-based epic that first appeared on the original PlayStation, in which you can battle co-operatively with a mate as you recruit legendary characters to your party of heroes, including Balthier from Final Fantasy XII.
Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions features 22 different jobs, over 400 different abilities, wireless melee and co-op missions, with Square Enix promising that “no two battles should ever be the same.”
John Yamamoto, president and chief executive officer of Square Enix Ltd comments that the game,“ is a masterpiece for a handheld system. Despite being portable, this is still the same epic Final Fantasy experience that the series is famous for with stunning graphics, classic storytelling and a beautiful score. Fans of the Final Fantasy series are in for a treat this October."
