Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles Gets Zappy

Footage inside...

Pig is bad for your health, kids!
13 Nov 2007

As one of the first full games to make use of the Wii Zapper (the controversial gun peripheral), Resident Evil Umbrella Chronicles has grabbed SPOnG's attention. That made us extra delighted when we opened up this trailer to find tonnes of gameplay footage showing off varying levels of ugly being shot to hell.

The footage below shows a couple of gamers (no - not in one of those 'look how much fun we're having playing the Wii' lifestyley ways, thankfully) making their way around various areas taking big things and making them into smaller things by shooting them. You can even see the cursors moving a bit erratically as the players involuntarily twitch. We loves a bit of realism in our trailers, we do!

Any way you look at it, you've got to love Americans running round Russia with guns... unless you're Russian of course, but especially so if you're from Chechnya... we digress.

You can read more about Umbrella Chronicles on SPOnG's dedicated game page.
