You know when you get that form or email from your girlfriend that you really should really should read more closely but you don't until later? The form that would have got you a tax rebate of thousands? The email that says you've been chucked at last? You know it makes you go, "D'ahhh!"

Well, we've just had that feeling... regarding the release the US release list of Nintendo games we printed earlier this week.

Well, you don't expect that when LucasArts says it really honestly is going to release Star Wars: Force Unleashed on all major platforms 'in the Spring', it'll suddenly be changed to 'Summer'.

But there it was on the Ninty release list.

We checked with GAME, to test the water, and this shows 'Q2 2008' . Now, Fiscal Q2 is definitely not Spring. It's July, August and September. Real-life Q2 is, however, April, May and June - so there's still some room for doubt.

But then we keep going back to that Ninty release schedule - where both DS and Wii are stated quite boldly as 'Summer' - so we fear it's true. But we are not going to let fear become hate because we know where all that leads to. Yes, a dark helmet and a gruff voice.

So, there you go, as far as we can see... it's gone and slipped.
