PlayStation Network Gets PixelJunked

It's finally Friday, which means its time for an update on what you can get your mitts on via the PlayStation Network this week. Topping the list is PixelJunk Monsters, Q-Games' tower defence game.
Players are charged with building, researching and then defending a base in order to protect the pathway to their home from waves of invading forest monsters. Damned forest monsters!
Also up for grabs is a spot of old-school FPS action in the form of Judge Dredd – originally for the PSOne.
Other than that, we've got a host of COD 4 wallpapers and the launch trailer for Civilisation Revolution. Cast your eyes downwards for the lists for the PS3 and PSP (via PC) in full.

Yes, that annoys me.
If it's the same game (in the same language, etc), which console it's on shouldn't determine the release date of the demo, and if it's released online, only allowing specific countries to get it is racist, in my opinion.
If this continues to happen, then they're just provoking me to get an account in a different region - or simply replace my PS3 eith an XB360. They're asking for it, not me.

It doesn't always go against us... We got The Club demo last week, and the US only just got it. Admittedly mostly it is the other way round, I'm just saying we occationally get a demo before them...

Why don't you just set up an american account, it takes 5 minutes? And while your there a Japanese one.

Yeah, if everyone did do that, there wouldn't be a problem in the first place. But the point is, why should I have to pretend I'm from a different country, just to download a certain thing?
This isn't just about us being treated badly, it's the principle of restricting the same game to people based on their nationality. If it was a different language, then maybe there's a small point behind it - but when we're at the stage in world history where we can find out what's happening in a different country just as easily/quickly as we can find out what's happing in our own, technology that creates region restrictions is morally out of date.
