No sooner has BioWare announced that its latest sci-fi RPG, Mass Effect, will be making its way to the PC than it has blasted forth the first PC screen shots. SPOnG's got them below for your viewing delectation.

Below you'll find a glowing alien towery thing, a spot of back-stabbing (or shooting, at least) and a peek at the PC version of the inventory screen.

Yesterday's announcement that we will see Mass Effect on the PC also came with news that Electronic Arts, the proud new owner of BioWare, will be taking over publishing duties for the title.
