Shooting Trees in Far Cry 2 - Tech Demo
Videos inside

SPOnG enjoys a good romp through the plains of Africa as much as the next guy; conversing with the locals, getting into gunfights, dodging the wildlife, culling elephants.
Anyway, the point is that, while Far Cry 2 is sure to have action up to the brim of your pith helmet, you're not going to see any of that here. Instead, Ubisoft Montreal has presented us with some videos showing off the game's techy stuff. No, that doesn't, alas, mean that we'll be going behind the scenes with producer Jade Raymond like back the good old days of Assassin's Creed. It means you can watch a chap shoot at a tree then see that tree grow back, then turn your eye to the game's day and night cycle.
It's remarkably soothing, actually.

Now if you imagine a game like this and Crysis and then Crysis 2 imagine what kind of cards you will need to play these kind of games without a hitch?
Me well considering console gaming has come soo far and you can just pop the disc in and play games like Gears of war with its incredible visuals on a console I will rather just fork out LESS money than a high end graphics card to get a whole console that does more than just a card alone.
