Details are surfacing of two new PlayStation 3 bundles on their way to Europe.

The first is a bundle will include Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, along with the 40GB console and one Sixaxis. The package will reportedly cost €399 (£304) and will be released on March 28th, according to industry organ MCV.

A second bundle would appear to be on its way, too - this one looking like it's aimed at cashing in on Blu-ray's victory in the high-def format war. This second bundle will initially be available to French retailers and will include three Blu-ray movies - 300, Casino Royale and Spider-Man 3 - along with the 40GB PS3 and one Sixaxis.

It will also be available for €399 (£304). MCV reports that the movie bundle will also be available from March 28th and may also be sold in Spain and Italy. Jeuxfrance.com reports, however, that it will go on sale sooner - March 19th to be exact.

Much of the above remains unconfirmed, however. SPOnG has contacted Sony, but so far the company has only said, "We are targeting an end of March release for GT5 Prologue - standalone, PSN and bundle." Confirmation of an exact date should come next week. No confirmation of the price has been given, nor of the bundle's contents other than the game.

"We have no details on the Blu-ray movie bundle", SPOnG was also told.

The US is set to get a tasty Metal Gear Solid 4 bundle, but Sony has told SPOnG, "we do not currently have any plans to release either bundle in Europe."
