The film is based on the antics of Thor-thighed lovely Chun-Li. That's fine. The beautiful, pouting Kristen Kreuk (Lana Lang in TV's Smallville) - we like her - is cast to play her.
Eh? We love Chun-Li and we think Ms Kreuk is fair and maidenly. But come on, they're going to have to pad the young Canadian beauty's legs out like a dame in pantomime season to match Chun-li's mighty lower limbs.
Of course, we pick and niggle... but we're right.
Other cast members include:
Michael Clark Duncan - the big mouse-lovin' crim' from the Green Mile - and also the voice of Atlas from God of War II - will play Balrog.
Neal McDonough - from, erm, They Call Him Sasquatch and the voice of Bruce Banner in The Incredible Hulk: Ultimate Destruction - will play M. Bison.
Taboo - of popular music combo, The Black Eyed Peas - will play Vega.
Chris Klein - of American Pies I and II - will play Charlie Nash.
The movie will be made by Hyde Park Films, and will be distributed by 20th Century Fox for a scheduled 2009 worldwide release.

theres a girl on my local council estate with fecking huge thighs!!! she could play chun-li although the accent of
"want fe cum down shops so me can buy me babbys th`ood, wit fe milk th`okens"
may hinder!
also the ripping of her other 3 year olds childs th`arm on fe way t` shops while screaming, "move thee th` ucking legs or ill th`ucking break em!2 may also land her in a social sitiuation which could interfere with production timings.

The best movie of game is Mortal Kombat - it used lots of special effects and the music was great so were the actors at the time.
Street Fighter had known actors but it was a super flop! And I bet this one will be as well.

I assume you're familiar with the film Wing Commander? It won the Oscar for Worst Use of a Prochnow before House of the Dead did. The fact that it also had David Suchet and David Warner in it is a source of wonderment.

Kreuk's no Chun li, she'd have to work out for years to aquire those mighty legs. Thick thighs are a focal point of Chun li's character! What...are they going to CG in her massive thighs??
