The demo is up on Xbox Live now and Codies expects it to be available on the PlayStation Network later today.
If you want to win the Beamer in question, you'll need to get involved in the Time Trial competition. Players can post their fastest lap time here. Once it has been authenticated, it will go on an online leaderboard. When the challenge closes on May 23rd, the five European players with the fastest times will be invited to the game's launch at Zavvi on Oxford Street in London to compete head to head and win the keys.
As well as the Time Trial challenge, players will be able to compete in single-player events and 12-player online races. Codies tells us we'll be able to, "Take to the wheel of a Ford Mustang GT-R on the streets of San Francisco in the eBay Motors Muscle Cup; in Japan, compete in a Nissan S15 Silvia in the Advan Drift Trophy at Yokohama Docks, while the sweeping curves and hairpins of the Jarama circuit in Spain plays host to the Euro Touring Cars championship featuring BMW 320si touring cars."
Keep your eyes on SPOnG for a preview of Race Driver: GRID soon. In the meantime, you can find out more on SPOnG's dedicated game page.
