James Bond: A Quantum of Screen Shots

Activision dishes up the facts

11 Jul 2008

Activision has released a handful of fresh screen shots for its first crack at the James Bond license, Quantum of Solace, into the world. SPOnG has the goods.

Activision has also released a fact sheet for the game. On the combat front, we're told, "From silent take downs and sneaking through confined spaces, to one-on-one shoot outs and large scale battles, players experience a variety of gameplay that challenges them to think through situations and choose how they progress, whether it’s through covert means or confronting enemies in full force."

Further to that, the game will feature "Advanced combat and Realistic AI" and "Cinematic Appeal". Those old chestnuts. SPOnG is interested to see how the "Unparalleled Bond Multiplayer Experience" will work. We're told, "Bringing James Bond to next-gen consoles for the first time, gamers now have the ability to battle online in a variety of modes." So... not a right lot.

Anyway, you can see the new screens below.

Promising, but those graphics could use a Quantum of Polish.

(As in the shiny stuff, not our East European friends)
