Because it's E3 and all that, Electronic Arts has dished up some new screens from Spore. Below, you'll see the game in stages from its humble one-cell beginnings right through to space!

SPOnG's been having all kinds of fun with the Spore Creature Creator, but we'd like to offer you a word of warning. Coming home from the pub pissed, creating the most deranged-looking creature you can and then trying to mimic its crazy walk around your living room - not such a good idea. Your missus liked that picture of her family, and let's face it that substance (which is better left unnamed) is never coming out of the sofa.
