What with all this week's shenanigans with Activison and Vivendi and Blizzard it's good to know that the former is still publishing actual games. This time around it's Bizarre Creations' Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 for Xbox Live Arcade.

The game features what we're told are 'classic modes': Deadline, Evolved and Waves with the addition of new ones that aren't classic: King, Sequence and Pacifism. There is also multi-player modes. In fact, if we're to believe the press release, you can give up buying shooty-games because this multi-player features, "ultimate shooter pandemonium".

Sounds like it shouldn't be allowed in schools, eh, readers?
