QuakeCon 2008 is all go in Dallas, Texas at the moment. It would have been rather remiss of Activision to let the id Software-sponsored games convention pass by without pimping the new Wolfenstein game at least a little. Fortunately for us, Activision is not remiss. Below you will find the QuakeCon trailer to sink your Nazi-biting teeth into.
Not that SPOnG's suggesting you're a Nazi fighting vampire. Not that that wouldn't be cool...
The important thing is that there are Nazis to be fought, OK? Nazis who are engaged in the second all-time favourite Nazi pastime, opening a portal to another world!
The game is being developed in collaboration between id and Raven Software, which previously worked on id's Quake property with the fourth instalment in the series.
Anyway, dig in!

Thank god this exists. I was just sitting here thinking, what the world really needs right now, is another World War II themed game.

Not just another WWii game either - another game using some eonic old franchise that noone cares about any more. Alone in the Dork and than this bollox. Who drained all the imagination out of teh developer genepool then.

To be fair though which part of Warfare timeline hasnt been bled like the guy out of `Tankgirl` sucks water from people?
