Eidos has gone into Tomb Raider overdrive this morning. First we had real life Lara waving her legs in the air, now we have virtual Lara running around through the destination of choice for unimaginative backpackers and former Glam Rock stars - Thailand.

SPOnG has been forced to ask - which is the real Lara Croft? Is the flesh and bone gymnast Alison Carroll the real one? Are the lasses and lads mo-capped for Lara the real ones? Or is the Lara of the digital space, where she was first born, a more true incarnation of the heroine? After asking that, fortunately, we realised that we were engaging in pretentious philosophical cock-spanking and decided to stop talking crap.
