At the low end, the Arcade falls 30% from ¥27,800 (£143 or €176) to ¥19,800 (£102 or €125.50). This is followed by the Elite at ¥39,800 (£205 or €252) down 17% from ¥47,800 (£246 or €303).
Aside from price cuts, Sensui also indicated that a ¥29,800 yen (£153 or €189) 60Gb version of the console will also be coming to Japan.
All this action comes shortly after Tales of Vesperia helped the 360 to the sell out in the territory where traditionally it has come last.

Microsoft, like any company, will change the maximum that the market will bear and continue buying their products.
If you want Japan-like prices for the 360 in the UK, just provide Japan-like sales figures and you'll have them.

come on UK`s £99.99 Arcade, my 10yr old daughter wants one of her own, for Viva Pinata, and Viva Pinata Party Animals and Viva Pinata: Trouble In Paradise and GTA4 so a £99.99 one will means she get it other wise she can play mine when im not :))
As for comments regarding Japanese and easy prices, why dont you go live out there and push 360 sales in the land of the rising sun, honest we dont mind!
