Xbox 360 Did Not Top Japanese Charts
Stats, damn stats and confusion

This has indeed happened as Japanese stat counter, MediaCreate has released its hardware sales figures for the week of September 8th to the 14th. They contradict those produced by Enterbrain and published in Famitsu in one major aspect: MediaCreate says that the Wii outsold the Xbox 360.
Where Enterbrain said, "Microsoft Xbox 360 = 28,681", MediaCreate says, "Microsoft Xbox 360 = 28,188".
Where Enterbrain said, "Nintendo Wii = 27,057"; MediaCreate says, "Nintendo Wii = 29,686.
One thing both are basically in agreement with, however, is the PS3's sales. Enterbrain said, "8,050"; MediaCreate says, "8,053". So, at least Xbots will still have something to crow about.
Still, sales figures eh? They're enough to give your shareholders the willies.

Actually PS fanbabies as I like to call them are extremists and NEVER face facts AND I would like to point out would rather kill themselves to ever purchase an Xbox...Sure I come across as an 'Xbot' but the reality is I know my facts and I have owned a PS3 and I know that it does have a lot of power and potential and I know that MGS4 is a great game. But could a PS3 fanbaby ever admit anything good about the Xbox 360? Nope never.
Anyhow for Japan it appears the PS3 is just not offering Japan the kind of of games they want and thats JRPG's and 'fun' games such as the Wii has to offer.
As far as JRPG's go the Xbox 360 has plenty and more on the way you give the market what they want they will buy it, at present the market for the PS3 in Japan is such that why buy the hardware if the game you want is on the other machine? Applies anywhere I guess but for Europe too many PS loyalists who hate Microsoft.
For me I dont know too much about Tales Of Vesperia but I seriously hope its not a mess like Infinite Undiscovery which I cannot wait to take back tomorrow!

Where did you get the figure from? Its a known fact Japanese are not into fps like the rest of the world. They prefer JRPG's.

Interesting theory...let's try validating that...

Whoops...it's false, How? With you being a entire idiot to even consider comparing Tales of games with Infinite Undiscovery. No why wouldn't you know Tales of since it was around since last-gen (with over a dozen games) and do know Infinite Undiscovery...new theory, you're actually a Xbot-fanboy and talk out of your ass...don't try to validate that wrong...it already has been proven right.
Science, biting fundementalist retards in the ass time and time again.

What is this discussion about, by the way?
More importantly - s**t! If the XBox 360 is outselling the Wii, then I'd better buy one! 29,000 (or so) people can't be wrong!
I did like the phrase earlier, though:
JRPG's and 'fun' games
Because that's one thing I won't argue with.
