Activision-Blizzard has firmed up the release date for its two upcoming Star Wars: The Clone Wars games, Light Saber Duels for the Wii and Jedi Alliance for the DS.

The latest release schedule tells us they will both be out on November 14th.

The company also got marginally more specific about the release of Guitar Hero World Tour, confirming it will be out in November.

Got time for more dates? Good. Also confirmed is Sierra's Crash: Mind Over Mutant for October 31st. That's going to be out for the 360, Wii, DS, PSP and PS2. Another Sierra title that dodged the recent cull also got a date - The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon. That will hit the same platforms a few weeks later on November 21st.

Because the first one will make a s**tload of money, and the last two wouldn't. I'm glad to have shed light on this issue for you.

Now if they brought back that series, that would be something.. I don't see why they can't.

Although personally, I found X-Wing Vs Tie Fighter a real disappointment. Playing as Ace Azzameen with an annoying droid? No thanks, do f**k off. I want to be an unnamed pilot amongst the ranks like the first two games, so that I can at least pretend I'm one of the famous characters if I want to even if it doesn't quite fit the storyline.

Ah, Tie Fighter - trying to configure your memory for full music on your Soundblaster.. Reply
