You know how Microsoft and Rockstar love each other now? Well, the latest expression of that love has surfaced, with a listing having appeared for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas as an Xbox Original.

A listing for the game over on the US Xbox site has the game at 1,200 Microsoft Points (around £10, or €13). It hasn't appeared on the UK Xbox site at the time of press.

The game first hit the PlayStation 2 on October 29th 2004, it was then followed on the original Xbox on June 10th the next year.

If you haven't been on another planet or dead for the last year, you'll remember that Microsoft has secured exclusive downloadable content for the 360 version of GTA IV. It's nice to see a publisher and a platform holder so happy together...

Maybe if Sony got on and sorted out a PS2 downloadable game store for the PS3 it could make GTA: San Andreas available for download, too.

If you can't remember what all the fuss was about, check out SPOnG's review here.
