Valve is making PC gamers the kind of offer that obviously could be refused but possibly won't be as it makes GTA Liberty City freely downloadable on Steam.

Well, we say, 'freely downloadable' but you do have to promise to pay $49.99 (£32 or €39) for your PC version of GTA IV. Find out how, here.
