The Metal Gear Solid DownLoadable Content (DLC) for PS3-exclusive LittleBigPlanet is apparently causing problems to those people who downloaded it, installed it, played it and then rebooted their consoles.

The much-anticipated DLC has lead to cries of anguish in the official LBP forum.

Among the pained postings are details that single-player progress through the DLC's Acts (levels) once the game is quitted from and the PS3 rebooted. Some users are also complaining that some user-created content appears to have been lost.

Although nothing official has come from the developers, the most common explanation for the issues are that the MGS could have gone over the allocated space in user profiles, thus filling them up and leading to the losses.
