Word has started to creep around the Internet that Resistance: Retribution has been dated for Europe. The reports would have us believe that the PSP instalment in the sci-fi FPS franchise will be with us on March 13th.

This supposed release date is being reported as fact and appears to have sprung from videogaming247. Sony, however, is remaining coy on the subject. A Sony Europe rep told SPOnG, "We have yet to confirm a release date for Resistance: Retribution, and will be making an announcement in due course."

That doesn't, of course, make the date incorrect. March 13th arguably falls into the previously-expected 'Spring' release window. It also fits snugly with the confirmed release date of March 12th in Japan. Just, y'know, add salt to taste.
