They opted to go for Fangs valued at £400 with his tank and other travelling kit.
Fangs belongs to 15 year-old Liam Douglas. So does the Xbox 360. According to Liam's mum, the burglar's choice was bemusing to her. "It is very strange because there was an Xbox 360 and hundreds of games on the floor at the time, but they left that and went straight for the spider."
So, be advised that PlayStation fanboy burglars are operating in the Swindon area. On a serious note, Liam is obviously very upset, according to his mum, he "sobbed his heart out when he found out".
