Lumines Supernova is set to hit the European PlayStation Network tomorrow, complete with a little dollop of LittleBigPlanet.

According to the official bumpf, "The title comes packed with brand new skins and new modes, exclusive to the PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system."

One of the skins in question has LittleBigPlanet plastered all over it.

New modes include Dig Down Mode ("Using the falling blocks, erase squares from a playfield already filled with blocks as you dig down to the bottom. Show off your digging skills as your completion time is ranked based on clearing 20 consecutive stages") and new Sequencer Mode ("Create your own background music using the sound loops provided in the "Sound Bank" – drums, bass, synthesizer 1, synthesizer 2 and effects each come with 20 different loops").

SPOnG's glad to see that PS3 owners are finally getting a pop at this brain baby of Tetsuya Mizuguchi. Xbox 360 owners have had Lumines Live! for a while now, after all.

Fantastic! I spent so many hours playing Lumines on PSP, now I'm very tempted to play it on my PS3!
