Uncharted 2: More Realistic Damage
Also some flannel about chasing and catching
Posted 10 Feb 2009

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, the follow-up to the critically liked Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, will feature more realistic damage. The amount of damage needed to take down a foe will also be identifiable.
All this is according to Sony producer Sam Thompson speaking in an interview with MTV's Stephen Totilo.
Thompson also commented that the reason that the final boss in the original game was - frankly - a bit of a let down, was because the game was about "the chase, more so than the catch". Mmmm. Sounds a little half-arsed to us.
In one final piece of language that appears to contain information but seems just tiny bit on the vacuous side, Thompson declares that the new game will not be a "cinematic experience"; it will be a "more active cinematic experience".
There we go then. We'll all be able to make up our minds when the game releases next month.

Sing it.
'Its a shame.....that I don't have a PS3.....its a shame.....coz I can't play this game......''
I wish this game was multiformat, so it would kick Tomb Raider into touch for good. There's still hope.
