Nintendo has just confirmed the launch window for Wii Sports Resort to SPOnG but not for the UK as yet. What remains a little ambiguous, however, is whether the MotionPlus will be launched at the same time.

Nintendo originally said in its official information that, "The Wii MotionPlus accessory... is included with Wii Sports Resort." (Our emboldening).

"Wii Sports Resort software will launch in June in Japan and in July overseas", a Nintendo representative told SPOnG today.

When pressed, however, the rep we spoke to was unprepared to confirm the release of anything other than the software. A lack of confirmation does not, of course, necessarily mean the peripheral is delayed. Hopefully this is just the result of Nintendo wanting to save some information for a separate announcement.
