New Tony Hawk Game Reveal is Friday
Prize-Winning CorporateBS on radar.
Posted 12 May 2009

It's been a while coming, but the next Tony Hawk skateboarding game is set to be revealed on Friday.
Mr Hawk (the guy's nearly 41, we can call him 'Mr') slipped the news out via Twitter, posting, "May 15 all will be revealed about our new game (dropping this year). I have been harboring the secret long enough."
In Activision Blizzard's recent post-earnings conference call, the president and CEO of the company's publishing unit, Michael Griffith, said ActiBlizz hopes to "reinvent this franchise back to its roots where we engaged a broad, mass market consumer".
'Reinvent back to its roots" - that's genius CorpoBullshit... utterly, utterly meaningless drivel!
Use of a Balance Board peripheral - potentially across all platforms - has been rumoured for the game. Another possibility is that, in the wake of EA's skate. series, ActiBliz has opted for a more technical approach.
Either way, it looks like we'll find out more on Friday. The title is also set to be shown off at E3.
