Developed by an Evertonian, played by fans PS3 owners, previously only available as a download, futuristic racer, WipEout HD will be available on Blu-ray 'later this year' says SCEE.

Apparently, the retail-friendly Blu-ray will carry the game and the Fury expansion pack to provide, "14 reversible racetracks, eight player online and 12 teams.
