Prepare for a PlayStation 2-lead crime wave to erupt from prisons across the United Kingdom at any moment... is the kind of news that we're expecting from the tabloids. This is based on a tale from the Daily Record newspaper.
"Prisoners have developed a way of attaching phones to their PlayStation 2s using a power cable from a device such as a radio or hifi..." says the report.
The inside source tells the Scottish paper that savvy prisoners are actually using the PS2's USB port by stripping "back a wire so that a charge from the USB port can be used to charge a mobile".
Human ingenuity, eh? It's criminal.
