Casting call nails it

Next Call of Duty: Cold War Climate
Call of Duty Modern Warfare Vietnam or at the very least, a Cold War backdrop? Could be, given that last year's slice of news that Activision has been licensing "Vietnam War-era music, along with Cuban, African, and Soviet Union music" for the next Call of Duty appears to have been given support by an LA casting call for the next game in the series.

VG247 has come upon a casting call note that states that character Frank Barnes, "A key player in early CIA special forces teams including 'Operation 40' Frank ultimately transfers to the Special Operations Group (SOG) in Vietnam."

However, the note also mentions a character called Kristina Ivanova who, "has network contacts behind the Iron Curtain". She is also fluent in Russian and English.

So, we could be looking at 'Nam, and the Bay of Pigs and the Cuban Missile crisis or even the covert recovery of the Soviet sub K-129.

at least we are finally leaving WWII behind, there was only so much WWII, but if they want to keep on those lines, maybe we could look at the Mythical Science and "Magic" of the Nazis kind of Wolfenstine but good, how good was Nazi Zombies, and then imagine Hell Boy Meets Call of Duty!
