Realtime Worlds Boss Threatened with 800Kg Bloody Horse Carcass
A post on the blog of one of the staff members of APB developer Realtime Worlds has expressed his opinions of the cause for the dissolution of the company. His wife, however, shows less restraint in her analysis and solution to the failure.

Lucy Halliwell in fact states that she is having problems either selling or giving away her daughter's beloved horse before the family moves to a new job in the USA. Mrs Halliwell is so upset, in fact, that she states:

"So, (RTW boss) Dave Jones if I end up having to put a bullet in my own horse’s head because no welfare charity has space for him I am going to barter my last possessions to have a fork lift driver dump his 800kg bloody carcass on the top of your favourite car."

In the initial post Luke Halliwell expresses his dismay at not being paid for his last month's work at the company as well as not receiving redundancy pay and unused holidays. He further highlights his frustration over the whole matter given that on the Realtime Worlds website there is a message that reads:

"The company is on very secure footing from significant investment and dealings only with top-tier partners."

Lucy, as she states herself, however, reacts with "neither the class nor the restraint my husband has displayed." She launches into an attack on Realtime Worlds execs, Dave Jones and Ian Hetherington. In her opinion, they "have pissed away millions, they are getting away with not paying over 200 employees for the work that they have done and have fiddled their way to being able to buy back Project:MyWorld for cheap."

All personal opinion, of course. However, the vitriol displayed by Lucy Halliwell does at least give some insight into the human cost of a company failure. That said, the Halliwell's might like to take advice from Tim Schafer on bridges and burning them.

Sounds like Lucy has dug Luke a nice little hole, and I bet prospective employers now cant wait for the Mrs to get involved, still cant be all bad if they can give a horse away!

I'd hire her. Sounds like she'd kick ass!
