LucasArts has today revealed that there are indeed some highly secret weapons in Secret Weapons Over Normandy.

Specifically, players can unlock fighters from the Star Wars films - namely the X-Wing and the TIE Fighter - by completing all of the 15 missions in the main game and the 21 challenge missions.

However, they will only be playable in the Instant Action mode. Still, it’s better than nothing.

Console gamers can also grab a slice of the action, with squadrons of both being playable in split-screen battle mode.
