Another Microsoft Bundle of Joy This Christmas
Xbox package sneaks in just in time to fill stocking.

Microsoft has made a late/surprising announcement regarding its latest console and game package, telling prospective purchasers that the Xbox and Project Gotham Racing 2 bundle is available, as of today, for just £129.99, from all good retailers, and some rubbish ones too.
Project Gotham Racing 2 (PGR2), the great hope for the Xbox Live! Racing community, was released just 12 days ago, with an SRP of £39.99, so you do the maths. It adds up to a bargain, whichever way you look at it.
Of course, this announcement could be viewed as a desperate attempt by Microsoft to shift a few more copies of PGR2. The racer debuted at a disappointing number 17 in the All Formats chart after its release on November 28 according to ChartTrack figures, and the game has slipped to number 31 in this week’s listings.
