Final Fantasy VII Remake – The Rumour That Wouldn’t Die
New claim made by Japanese games mag.

Following on from some heavy hints in both Famitsu and Dorimaga in recent months comes a fresh take on the situation from V-Jump magazine in Japan.
According to the mag, a ‘considerable project in size’ is underway at Square Enix and is related to the as yet unannounced Final Fantasy VII, and will be revealed within the next couple of months. It makes specific reference to the fact that this is not Advent Children - the UMD and DVD release - nor is it the i-mode Before Crisis offering, but something totally new.
Fans of FFVII will no doubt be hoping, and arguably expecting, a game announcement. We’ll keep an eye on the situation and let you know.

That FF:Guilty Wing turned out to be a faked magazine cover, some websites managed to get their hands on the actual issue from Japan and the real cover was nothing like the one that was being spread around online.

Whatever format it's on, I will be there to sacrifice some serious hours of play time. Even a nice PSP or DS game would be welcome.
