Although there is still considerable debate as to which titles hit which region and when, there's been a good spread of screenshots falling from the skies like mana from third-party heaven since the NOA DS briefing at the end of last week. Naka-san's Feel The Magic has to take the biscuit for being, well, way out there; although Tendo Dokuta and its surgery-based stylus shenanigans is hardly any less peculiar.
